My Techniques

In my creative work, I like to experiment and combine various materials. As a mixed media artist, I use watercolour, ink, acrylic paint and other mediums to create interesting effects in my drawings, collages, paintings.

A Look inside my studio

I combine several materials, from drawing, collage to painting and printing. This exploration is called "mixed media".

Confluences was presented at the Ottawa Art Gallery in the autumn of 2021.

The artist

Diane Provost is a visual artist who paints using mixed media techniques. She draws inspiration for her art from her extensive travels and scuba diving experience. The ocean and mountain landscapes are a main feature in her latest series of artworks.
